Corn Wet Milling Workshop

A fundamental understanding of the technology and science associated with corn wet milling. We will cover topics from the whole kernel to finished starch products, discuss industry trends and provide laboratory demonstrations. Course is designed for a broad audience and is taught by experts from industry, academia and federal research agencies.
